After 15 minutes or so on the lot, I had decided on a truck, and when I went to find a sales associate, Colin greeted me at the door. He was up front, honest, and professional throughout the purchase process. Unlike my recent experience at another dealership, I felt welcome. Colin made both myself and my fiancee feel as if both He and the Rodland team actually appreciated our business. Never been so happy I have to admit, I hate dealerships. I've had horrible experiences in the past and swore to never come again. I was upfront about my experiences and he was more than polite and accepting of my bitterness. His light hearted personality and willingness to satisfy quickly changed my mood.
