Great experience for a long buying/waiting process I had to wait about 6 months to get the TRD Pro I ordered. No fault of anyone that's just the length you typically have to wait to get one. MikeM was very upfront/honest of what I was in for when I initially ordered it. He kept in touch over the subsequent months on the status of the order and was very proactive when he had some new info. Once the vehicle came in, the purchase process was smooth and they made it very easy. I had a good time talking to MikeM and JeffM as I was there buying it, they are really great guys. I got the extended warranty so I'm looking forward to my next 8 years of free lattes. Rodland is a great dealer and I believe they have some really good, caring people. More

I worked with Mark Hernandez, went in a couple months ago looking to trade in my escape. wanted something with better gas mileage, we were upside down given that older fords do not hold there value and so we had negative equity on it. went in looking at the corolla IM as they had a promotion for leasing. We went in and the numbers just didn't work. Mark was worked very hard to get this deal done, as I said it was a couple month thing going on here. I wanted a camry but with a budget just couldn't make it work. He was not pushy or anything like that but we exchanged texts here and there when he thought of something new that might be able to get us out of the escape. We tried some other Toyota dealers in the area and they wanted nothing to do with our negative equity that we had on the escape. Needless to say we leased the Corolla IM at the budget we had. Many thanks to the managers and MARK H. who made this happen. I love my corolla IM and all the features it has that most of the other comparable cars do not. More

Mike Hilderbrand was very knowledgeable regarding the ordering process and was well informed/versed of all the minute details of the Toyota Tundra truck line. I appreciated the knowledge and straightforwardness that Mike exuded as I wanted a specific vehicle at the lowest cost (shocking). My wife and I were treated respectfully and with a directness not often seen in the sales industry. If you want a professional who knows the Toyota product line and will not waste your time by running to talk to a "manager" I highly recommend Mike Hilderbrand. Another person I want to recommend and praise is Darci Clark in the finance department. Darci is kind, excellent at her job and went above and beyond to ensure we were on our way quickly. I really appreciated how prepared Darci was for our sale and how smooth everything went, she even ended up saving us money. We are already sold on the Toyota brand after buying our last new car in November of 2003, after 14 years we knew it was getting close to the time that this Solara is replaced. With the purchase today of our new 2017 Avalon, we now expect to enjoy another 15 plus years of virtually trouble free car ownership . After our purchasing transaction of a 2017 Toyota with Colin Miller that exceeded our expectations, it is easy for me to Yelp to all that the Rodland Toyota sales department is on par with their service department and is also first rate! I will award 5 stars without any hesitation. Colin is knowledgeable about his cars and the sales process. His years of experience allowed him to assist us in making the right buying decisions without applying any added pressure to buy immediately. When we left the dealership to "think about the purchase" there were never any roadblocks or "games" from him or doubt from us for that matter that we would return and buy a car from Colin. The only question in our minds was which one do we buy at what bottom line cost?
