Beyond any expectations Frankly, I didn't buy my Tacoma pickup from Rodland. But I had some questions and some problems getting the onboard features to work. The dealership that I bought from, Marysville Ford was the worst experience I could have ever had in buying. They are rated F with the BBB, and certainly deservedly so. I wish I had known prior. They did nothing at all after the paperwork was signed. Didn't even bother to fix the tonneu cover that was misaligned and the truck was never detailed properly. They were clueless about the electronics. So I went to Magic Toyota to see if they could help. They asked if I bought it from them, and then said I needed to take it where I bought it from. So sheepishly, I thought I would give Rodland a try to see if they could help. Wow, what a difference! I told them that I had bought the truck elsewhere, but that didn't matter at all to them. They asked me to drive in to the service area and were waiting to help when I got in. It wasn't an easy issue, but after some time, I got the answers I needed and a number to call the Toyota hotline to resolve the issue. My truck now has everything working, thanks to the great effort and helpful service that I had when I was there. THANKS SO MUCH, GUYS !!! When it comes time for my regular service, THIS IS WHERE I WILL GO !!! And when I am ready to trade up again, I will do my best to work with these guys. More
