Mike is a great salesperson and definitely a great family guy who could relate to us on that level. Service and satisfaction is way beyond over the roof that we've bought 4 cars from him. He's very warm and friendly and can connect with customers even if you are a little different. Definitely every single time we go to Rodland Toyota even if its for sales or just looking around, we always look for him and his service. I am actually a previous Honda owner, i was the only one in the family who didn't own a Toyota. After my lease was almost over, it was literally the day before so I was very in need of a vehicle, I came in search for a new vehicle but I was very biased because of my favorite shade of " honda blue". I came in to test drive the Rav4 and walked out with one two days later because i was still thinking about that blue. Mike was very helpful in introducing all the car features to me and didn't pressure me into buying a Toyota, he knew I really loved that shade of blue. But now that i have the Rav4 in the silver color and the fact that its all wheel drive, I can't wait for the adventures and memories im about to make! To be honest with you, im so happy with my purchase that i forgot about my previous car so quick that i thought i would mope around for awhile because it was my very first car. I am very happy with my decision, completely no regrets and zero complaints, there are two more kids (ages 10 &13) in the family so if possible and if Mike is still at Rodland Toyota by then, even in a heartbeat we'd still buy from him. It's all about humanity, humility, and integrity! Good grief! Shopping around for a new vehicle is not a pleasant experience. I contacted several Toyota dealerships during my search. I guess business is good at the Toyota dealership in Edmonds because no magic or interest in providing assistance was found there. Saying as much as to not waste their time. I should have looked at the reviews on Yelp before even contacting them. Far better Toyota dealerships in the area and I have enjoyed the friendly service at Rodland Toyota and farther North at the old Wilson Toyota that has recently changed hands and is now Bellingham Toyota. They seem to be starting off on a good foot. If you have time, take a look at the ratings and rankings of Toyota dealerships in Washington State. No surprises. Rodland is near the top, receiving several awards and talk about friendly, that would be Doug LaFave.
