Painless 2016 Toyota Sienna Trade-in After receiving an e-mail from Doug LaFave, congratulating me on having my 2013 Toyota Sienna for 3 years, I replied to him with an inquiry on trading After receiving an e-mail from Doug LaFave, congratulating me on having my 2013 Toyota Sienna for 3 years, I replied to him with an inquiry on trading it in. Less than a week later, I went in to the dealership to meet with Doug and traded my van in for a 2016 Toyota Sienna with some amazing features. Doug and the team took good care of me and my 5 kids while the paperwork was being completed. It was painless and the service was exceptional! More
Phenomenal Experience It was time for a new car, and I had it narrowed down to Toyota, and based on my parents past experience knew I wanted to go to Rodland, and hoped tha It was time for a new car, and I had it narrowed down to Toyota, and based on my parents past experience knew I wanted to go to Rodland, and hoped that Colin Miller was still an employee. He made the entire experience fantastic from beginning to end. I ended up with a 2016 Rav4, with more safety features on it than I knew existed, and in the most beautiful color ever. Colin was the best, and remembered my parents, and went with us when we went to show my mom the car, and was very sweet to her. I won't be needing a new car for a while, but will highly recommend Rodland and Colin. More

Tylor gave us great deal on our trade in value of our old van, and really worked to get the numbers we wanted for the new van! The main reason was d Bought a new 2016 Rav 4 SE. This is the 3rd car I have bought from Rodland. This experience was the most disappointing of all 3. The main reason was dealing and haggling with the sales manager over 1000 on my trade in (2008 Camry SE). I get you are a business and try to make money, but when you start haggling over 1000 and start making up reasons for not giving me more for my trade-in, and the reason being a totally false statement, that gets your blood boiling. Manager stated he needed to put a timing belt in my car before selling and that cost a lot. My Camry did not have a timing belt!!! I came to Rodland for the 3rd time, because I never had to haggle and send 45 minutes going round and round about price! Was very disappointing!!! Also, when I picked up my new car, the outside did not seem to be washed. Not a big deal, but surprising. If it was not for the salesman, James Effler, and all his hard work, I would have walked out without buying my Rav. James did an amazing job. James was patient, got answers to all my questions, and made time for me whenever I called. Would recommend him in a heart beat. Thanks James! All in all, I love my Rav, had a great experience with James, just very disappointed that the Rodland sales manager had to be like "most" dealerships....haggling till the end! Not use to that behavior at Rodland. More
