Gary showed us the various Prius models available for our options, and when it was learned that our decrepit Outback could only be a trade-in if actually at Rodland, he drove us to it and helped us get it to Rodland! We were and are so impressed with how he went so above and beyond to make our buying experience such a pleasure! Gary was really marvelous - we recommend him! I knew what I wanted, had done my research, but dreaded the interaction with a car salesman (as a woman, this is usually unpleasant). COLIN, however, was anything but the typical car salesman. He gave me the information I needed, provided honest feedback, and didn't jerk me around like I've had happen in the past. For example, I had financing already set up through my own bank, he gave me the facts about Toyota's financing, and it actually ended up being a better rate for me. The buying process was quick and painless, with none of that crazy pressure. Also, Darci, the woman that did all the paperwork, was fantastic- organized, quick, and kind. I highly recommend Rodland Toyota, and am so happy with my new car! More

Had an Excellant Experience. I found the truck I wanted on the Internet , at Rodland Toyota. Doug LaFave contacted me and was very upfront , honest and knowledgeable . Living in the Portland area, wasn't sure about checking out a vehicle all the way up in Everett . Doug helped me with the decision to get there. He assured me he could hold the truck for me while I made arrangements to take the train to Everett . Doug picked me up at the train station and took me to the dealership. The truck was exactly as Doug described to me. We test drove it and it was perfect. Short while later I was driving my new truck back to Portland .
