Granted, it was a purchase that we did not plan to make, but circumstances forced the issue. But even with this personal challenge, Taylor made us feel welcome, communicated all the information we needed and provided us with answers to all of our questions. I didn't have any negative feelings at any level throughout the process. It was an open, honest transaction. I would definitely work with Taylor again and high recommend him to anyone looking to buy a Toyota in the greater-Seattle area. It is worth the drive to Everett to work with someone as great as Taylor. More

However, first encounter with David Burt made it possible for me to move forward with my car-buying process. I appreciate the no-hassle, quick sales pitch. Rather, he made time to test-drive the 2016 Rav 4 SE with my friends, then took me around the lot to find my perfect vehicle. I’ve always threaded the car buying process; however, the whole staff and team at Rodland (including sales manager, John Yi and the Financing manager, Ram) made me feel very welcoming. I’m positive that my two friends that came with me that day will be their next customers for new vehicles. I’m very much satisfied with my purchase and my new vehicle. Jeff had the finance process suit-cased and by far the most pleasant I've experienced. The certified program offered just the car for my needs, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Thanks! ***Update 9/14/16*** My tags came in August 27th along with a refund for $50 for fees paid in excess, however, no one called me and they sat for several weeks. It's not a suprise because I overheard someone with a similar issue when I was purchasing so I just assumed I should expect a month for my new tags to arrive. To have something sit for that long with no action was disappointing and tarnished an otherwise great experience. More
