What started as a service station and small dealership in 1923 has grown to become the Roesch Cars of today. So, who are we? We’re glad you asked. Roesch Cars is a fourth-generation family-owned dealer that believes doing good business is simple. If you’re honest, you hire great people, and you offer competitive pricing and large selection, you keep customers coming back for 90 years and counting.
Where We Started
Back when Paul Roesch first started his DeSoto dealership, chances are that he couldn’t imagine the way it would grow. The accomplishment we think he’d be most proud of is that his own family has continued the dream he started more than 90 years ago.
Paul’s son, Larry, a lifelong resident of Elmhurst, began working at the dealership in 1952 while taking accounting and business law courses at night. In 1963, Roesch Motors incorporated and became Elmhurst Chrysler Plymouth, quickly becoming the leading Chrysler Plymouth dealership in the country.
Where We Are Now
In 2011, Dan Roesch added Roesch Ford 333 W. Grand in Bensenville to the family as well as a dedicated Commercial Vehicle Department for Ford Trucks and Vans at 303 W. Grand to complete the package.
In 2020, despite Covid-19, we have expanded to employ over 90 employees with 31 service bays and 18 commercial truck bays. We pride ourselves on customer service and were recently awarded
“The Fix-It-Right-The-First-Time” trophy from Ford Motor Co. for the 5th time in two years which is now a record amongst the 22 dealers in the region.

After being quoted an amazing low rate at a local dealership and being told that there was no way any other dealership could touch, I found out why he said it was for 60 months and turned out to be 72 months only after I had called them back that they finally said oh yes sorry. I then received a call from Eddie at Roesch Ford and he made me an offer that was very close to what I was told by the liars. He then made the offer even better after he found out that I lived 30 minutes away. I arrived at the dealership was greeted by Ron and Eddie and was quoted exactly what I was Promised. I saved almost $1000.00 dollars on the deal, no bait and switch after three wasted days and phone calls later finally found exactly what I wanted and was very Happy with new car .Eddie and Ron work great tighter with you and the finance man Joe was informative but not pushy. Thank you to all at Roesch Ford and defiantly will recommend to anyone that is looking for the truth and no GAMES More

Brought my vehicle in for an antifreeze or transmission leak Inspected my explorer and showed the leaks and rusted lines and connections to me. Mechanic indicated a new radiator might be necessary. Received two quotes, one without the cost of the radiator,, and the other included the radiator. Naturally both quotes included parts , labor and fluid replacement. Since my vehicle is a 2008 , parts had to ordered and my vehicle wouldn’t be completely repaired until Monday. I was offered a loaner. My vehicle was repaired and I was able to pick it up on Monday. All indications are that it has been fixed , drives fine no indications of any leaks.The loaner made it so much easier to be without my own vehicle. More
