I talked to Kyle on a Tuesday about repairs to my car. He said it doesn't take long to repair and car will be ready same day. I told I can't come same day but will come next day (Wednesday) to pick it up. He said it doesn't take long to repair and car will be ready same day. I told I can't come same day but will come next day (Wednesday) to pick it up. Kyle tells me my car will be ready. I get to the dealership about 1pm on Wednesday. I am informed they haven't even started repairs on my car yet. They get a nice shuttle driver to take me home. The next morning the shuttle driver kindly picks me up at 8:20am and drives me back to the dealership. This time my car is ready. Repairs are fine. I'm am frustrated being told my car would be ready for pick up but it obviously wasn't and no one called me to tell me not to come. More
