I brought it in for an issue and they tried to “find” the issue and never contacted Jeep service center to see if there have been others like it!! I have had my vehicle in the shop severl times for the same issue. While several of the issues were addressed, the main issue of the radio not comming on or just blanking out for several minuetes, and the same issue. While several of the issues were addressed, the main issue of the radio not comming on or just blanking out for several minuetes, and the auto shutoff still continue to be a problem. When my vehicle is in the service department, they are very good with communicating what is going on. If it is out of the shop witing on parts, that communication is lacking. Several times I had to inquire weeks later, if the parts that had been ordered had come in rather than beeing notified by service that they were in. Being over an hour away from the dealer does not afford me a shuttle ride, nor are there loaner cars or rentals for warranty service. This makes getting my vehicle into the shop for a lengthy dignosis proces and repair very difficut. While I have purchased several vehicles from Roger Williams in the past, and for the most part the staff are very helpfull. These logisticl issues do make it difficult to consider another purchase in the futuer. More
