I took my truck in for two separate issues. One they tried to reset my screen and update the software. I was hopeful it would fix my intermittent car play issue. My other issue was identified as nothing more than sound originating from the semi metallic break pads. So, there was nothing for them to fix. The sound is getting worse and seems to be more prevalent when turning the vehicle. Will have to try again. They are great to work with, but still having the same issues. More

I dropped my truck off for specific items to be repaired. They performed a full inlection that I did not authorize and found several items “that needed to be repaired” including an oil leak that would cost t They performed a full inlection that I did not authorize and found several items “that needed to be repaired” including an oil leak that would cost thousands of dollars and require the cab be removed to perform the repair. I have never had a drop of oil under my truck in my garage. They did perform a repair that required a rear differential service. After picking up the truck, I had a 500+ mile road trip. Upon arrival the back of the truck was covered in fluid along with the underside. The differential fill plug was only hand tight and I had to add a full quart to get the level back up to where it was supposed to be. More
