Had a left front axle replaced on my 2024 Wrangler. I was very pleased with the repair. My only issue was I had to wait several weeks for my part and only after I went to the dealership and asked abo I was very pleased with the repair. My only issue was I had to wait several weeks for my part and only after I went to the dealership and asked about my part that had been there for over a week and talking to my service advisor about scheduling my repair did it happen. I felt like I had to initiate the repair. I will say that once my service advisor knew the part was in house he was quick to schedule my repair and the repair was done in a timely manner.
