This is our second Subaru. We loved our Outback but had decided to upgrade to the Ascent. Our salesperson is such a nice conscientious young man. Tyler told us that Romain was going to have one in for test drives and he signed us up to be the very first customers to drive one. I loved it from that very day forward and I believe we owe Tyler and his salesmanship for helping us to be come sold on another Outback.We told him that day if we were ever in the mood to buy a new care we would give him first dibs and he sold us on our purchase along with the great service we have received for our Subarus. I’ve bought a lot of cars, over 20. This has been one of my best buying experiences. Including over any surrounding Tristate dealer yet. He was an amazing sales individual to work with. Not push at all, more than knowledgeable about his product, and worked very efficiently. Non discriminatory, buying a sporty car at a young age people often are very hesitant during the selling process, but not here. Looking all over for a specific truck, I came across Romain Cross Pointe having one in stock. I called and spoke to the internet sales manager. I confirmed the truck was available and asked to receive p Romain Cross Pointe having one in stock. I called and spoke to the internet sales manager. I confirmed the truck was available and asked to receive pictures of the truck as there were not any online. Within 10 minutes, I was called by another person from the dealership stating one of the managers had their buddy test driving the vehicle and it was considered sold. Bummer but oh well. That brings me to today. My father reached back out unaware that I had already done so. They told him the truck was unavailable until today. Michael reached out with a completely different story about it might be available, it might not. It depends if the dealer trade was going to happen.. what dealer trade? I was told a completely different story. This may seem like a small issue, but if they are lying about why a vehicle is there or not there.. what else are they lying about? Very disappointed but definitely wont consider for any future purchases. More
