Nick Massucco, was great as well and worked miracles for us, we had gotten SCREWED BY NORM WAGNER, THE VEHICLE WE HAD GOTTEN FROM THEM WAS OVERPRICED AND RACKED WITH ISSUES. (which by the way is on the same road---WARNING!!!!!!!: DO NOT GO TO NORM WAGNER TOYOTA!!!!!!). DEFINATELY GO TO RON BOUCHARDS. THEY WILL TREAT YOU RIGHT AND YOU WILL BE AMAZED AT THE FRIENDLY NO PRESSURE SERVICE. This was an experience of a lifetime and I have been to many dealerships in my lifetime and man I am telling you this experience has me sold to return to this dealership. My wife and I went to Ron Bouchard's Kia with a good idea of what we wanted. Javi met us outside in the snow and he was very courteous and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we were undecided which way to go-- new or used or possibly another dealer. He introduced us to his manager, Nick, and they both were willing to work with us. We finally decided on the 2011 Sorrento and Nick threw a remote starter into the deal. We had to wait some time for Andy to find us a deal. We had been at the dealership for six hours total with nothing to eat all day and while Andy was working some magic, Javi brought us some sandwiches. I, personally, have only bought one car from a dealership prior to going to Ron Bouchard's and the service, hospitality, patience, and knowledge of these three guys were outstanding. More

I went with my mom to get an oil change on Saturday January 11th. I was not intending to buy a car that day but her oil change was going to take about an hour so we browsed the lot. I was approached by Andrian, one of the associates at the dealership and I explained my situation. I had bought a car before, I got into an accident and the car was totaled. I filed a claim with the insurance company but I still had a loan in that car. Since the accident had been paying on that loan and I thought I was not able to buy a car until that one was paid off. From this moment on I was very pleased with all the help was offered to me. They were very knowledgeable about payment options, financing and how to get me into the best car possible. I bought a car that day! The transaction was unlike any other. It was very low key, no stress involved and I feel like we made the right choice in the car. They were extremely helpful and accommodating with all of my needs. I will be going to that dealership in the near future and for all my future purchases. They were very helpful and friendly. The sales manager Michael made the paperwork process clear and quickly processed everything-amazingly in just one day...I chose the Kia plus in the morning, returned with a cashiers check in the afternoon, they had registered and plate was on it, prepped it, detailed it, filled it with gas, introduced us to the service manager and assistant and we drove away- again this happened all in one day! I was impressed with Matt and Michael's easy going customer service, their ability to coordinate all the pieces, and the dealerships ability to deliver more vehicle for the price than the other dealerships and more than we expected! fyi...this was part of what is called an Internet sale. I did most of my research and price comparisons online and by phone with Kia, Hyundai, and Volkswagon dealers in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. This saved me a huge amount time and travel and it made it possible for me to get my financing approved while I was determining my choice of make,models, features, etc. It gave me the opportunity to do bottom line exact comparisons, dealership ratings,decide whether to privately finance, or trade in a vehicle... and I could do a lot of this online and when it was convenient for me.. anytime of the day or night. I chose Ron Bouchard's Kia of Fitchburg dealership for these reasons. - Immediate reply to internet query with information and pricing via email. -Phone calls from dealership salesperson and follow up without pressure. -The test drive was long enough to get a good feel for the vehicle and for Matt to show me all the features and answer all my questions and some I did not think to ask. -Ron Bouchard of Fitchburg met and beat other dealership offers on exact vehicle comparison on a black Kia Soul. -At the last minute, just before the Purchase and Sale, I asked about the white Kia Soul plus, they had on the lot. Matt was able to offer a more than fair price. So that is what we bought and drove away just four days ago! It is awesome! This dealership is awesome!
