Disappointed After filling out an online application for financing I was contacted by your salesman he was very professional and very knowledgeable. We went over the entire application credit status all the necessary information and we made an appointment for Friday . I told him I did not want to drive down there 40 minute drive for me if they were not gonna be able to help me he reassured me he would do his best and needed to look at my car. On Friday I made the trip to the dealership the man I spoke to was in the Nissan section he was as I said professional and helpful. Unfortunately I ended up going to the main building in Fitchburg when I went I informed them that I had done The online application which he couldn't find so we went over all the information again without looking through any inventory or anything else I was told I don't make enough money sorry there's nothing I can do for you . I was embarrassed and angry that I had wasted time and gas . The salesman that I talk to previously was Valentin Who was incredibly professional and helpful and promised he would not waste my time, the sales man I talk to and their main building was condescending and rude I won't return there. More
