Worst experience ever, the service department is nothing but lying lazy individuals. I will never do business with this dealership again, if you have to buy a GM product which I highly recommend avoiding. but lying lazy individuals. My 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 had several safety recalls, I had only received 1 from GM. The Ron Carter Chevrolet GMC Service center discovered and took care of the rest. They also reminded me that recalls, I had only received 1 from GM. The Ron Carter Chevrolet GMC Service center discovered and took care of the rest. They also reminded me that my brake fluid was due for a change at 30K miles. They took care of that as well. More
