When I aired my frustrations to the service advisor, he got nasty with the comment, “what are you getting mad at me for, your truck, you broke it”. The issue was a major computer problem that I had nothing to do with. The service manager stepped in and gave me an explanation on why the vehicle had to be driven a while for the computer to reset. More
