Little details matter. Mostly GREAT! But I asked them to put my license plate stickers on and they forgot. The first visit they forgot to recalibrate my tire pr Mostly GREAT! The first visit they forgot to recalibrate my tire pressure sensors and I kept trying to fill the wrong tire when one got low, opening me to potentially damaging my rim. My former dealership ran a vacuum cleaner through the front footwells after a visit. There is no waiting room - if you wait you have to sit out in the showroom. Little things. Not a big deal, and won’t stop me from going there. But the difference between a four star rating and a five star rating. More
