I have purchased many cars in the past and never had a dealership provide the level of service and integrity that Ron Tirapelli Ford In Shorewood IL. did. Steve, Edgar and Bob Worked together as a tea dealership provide the level of service and integrity that Ron Tirapelli Ford In Shorewood IL. did. Steve, Edgar and Bob Worked together as a team, to be sure that I was completely satisfied during the entire process. I was able to inspect the underside of the car upon arrival, and several accommodations were made for allergens, payments and visit timings. These included having the car further inspected and subsequently repaired at a different dealership and accepting my word. Not once was it even hinted that I should hurry because someone else is about to buy the car. They didn’t just take the shortest path to a sale with me and I really appreciate their integrity. It’s refreshing to find a dealership like this in today’s world. Well done folks! More
