scheduled repair 3weeks in advanced, than gave them the car, I had to contact them (not easy) to see if car was done. Don't TRUST the service technicians! I dropped my car off to have the windows tinted. My car has a app on my phone that alerts me to certain items. They drove the car 12 miles and used I dropped my car off to have the windows tinted. My car has a app on my phone that alerts me to certain items. They drove the car 12 miles and used 1/8th tank of my total FUEL.... again for 12 miles! The car is not a gas guzzler- so I was shocked. At pickup- my car was the only one in the line of cars that was NOT washed - they even had a guy out there drying other cars. There was no foot mat in the floor either- and there was a a bunch of dried dirt on the floor. When starting the car, the settings was on the "speed warning" setting and it was turned to OFF!! Obviously they used my fuel and drove the car 12 miles at HIGH speeds... or used the "launch" system. They have a TOTAL LACK OF RESPECT for how to treat cars they don't own! Will never go to their service department again!! More
