Bought a brand-new wrangler from this dealer. The car started having trouble, especially an electronic ticking noise from day 2 of ownership. The car was in the shop for 90+ consecutive days. The "Customer Retention Team" from Stellantis refused to check their voicemails, emails, or directly answer calls. The last (3rd attempt) trip to the dealership, I got sick of the lack of having a mode of transportation and took the car back, to look for a different service shop or a local mechanic. I checked the dashcam to see what sort of work attempts were done, because it would power on and record both inside and outside the car even at accessory power. From November 25th last year to mid-January this year, the car sat on the SAME LOT without movement, and no person ever worked on the vehicle. The biggest problem is that the dealer LIED about having duplicated the issue successfully in December last year. Yes, I have kept all email correspondence, Repair Order docs, etc. Stellantis customer retention team said the car must be back in the service shop for them to consider compensating me for the 4 payments I made towards the car, when I never had the car. Basically, they want your car back as hostage and won't think about compensation without ETA of repair or real attempts. I am seriously considering going to small claims court or a full-on lawsuit for their bad-faith business they're running. It's an insult to genuine customers. DO NOT go to this dealer. What is the point of promotional offers and xx if they can't fix your car from day 2 of your car ownership? They will keep your car hostage for 90+ calendar days, LIE about their repair attempts, and force you to subsidize their incompetence with cash that you paid for no car. Complete utter disappointment. No wonder Stellantis is near bankruptcy. More
I have been going to Jeep dealership for my oil changes since I bought my jeep renegade however, this one is the worst as right after they did my oil change, they must have either did something wrong to da since I bought my jeep renegade however, this one is the worst as right after they did my oil change, they must have either did something wrong to damage something because soon after this oil change, I had an oil leak. Why do I know this because I keep my garage floor clean and there were no oil drops whatsoever! At first I did not think anything of it, I am thinking they spilled oil or something like this but then the engine light comes on-So this is the question I will let you views come to a conclusion-these people do oil changes are looking under the car all day long why would they NOT tell me if they saw loose oil or a leak somewhere? If they did not do it themselves-Well I do not go back when my senses tell me there is something wrong with this work ethics-got a second opinion and it was not something simple-The other auto care person thought the same, why would they not tell me they see an oil leak? Not good NEVER EVER going to a dishonest dealership again!!! besides I heard the people that change the oil are newbies...great but yet the price is well over 100.00 for an oil change at this dealership. More

Dexter picked me up from the airport since I was an out of state buyer. Got me to the dealership and was able to quickly process the purchase.
