The man at the parts department could not answer my questions and did not care to figure out or investigate my question. All he said was “I don’t have an answer.” I went across the street to Ron Tonkin Chrysler’s parts department and Andres Frisby took the time to investigate and direct me to their Chevy’s part department. They wouldn’t come down in price but we’re willing to make my minor repair request so I decided to purchase. After running my credit and starting to discuss payment options they tell me they are not going to honor the repairs and it too bad because the truck is worth more than they are selling it for. Service Dept. I'm a preferred customer at Ron Tonkin and have heartburn with the service dept. I call to try to make a appointment to have a recall taken care of. I'm a preferred customer at Ron Tonkin and have heartburn with the service dept. I call to try to make a appointment to have a recall taken care of. They say they have to order the parts. It's been a month and a half and no call from them. I call last week to see if the parts came in. Of course I have to leave a message and they don't call back. I call today and it is the same thing, no call back. I've done business in the past with them, and they are terrible at answering the phone in service. I'm going to give them 1 more chance tomorrow, if the same thing happens, I'm done with them. I've complained about this to the Service Manager last year, Apparently nothing has changed. I've bought 3 cars from them in the past year. What I'm mostly upset about is them not answering the phone in service and not communicating back to the customer, maybe they should hire some more people. I hope they read this. More

Go to a different dealer! I went in to look at a specific rig with secured financing and great credit. . I went in and drove the truck and salesman was great . I had a 2004 dodge ram 2500 with 160 thousand Miles to trade in . In the days previous I was offered between 7 and 8 thousand dollars from two reputable dealerships who had the same basic truck . I liked the color on there lot better and knowing my perimeters with my financing and knowing what my rig was worth . Ol porky behind the desk insulted me with a 3500 dollar offer for my trade . I was completely insulted by there so called offer. I packed my paper work up and drove across the street and bought the same dang truck ,same price , and was given 7500 for my ram. I not only had secured financing for a new truck , 5 grand cash down and a trade . Ron tonkin should be ashamed of themselves trying to RIP people off with there trades . Half price on a trade ? Wow ! On craigslist my old rig goes for nothing less than 10 thousand dollars and Kelly blue book values it at between 7 and 10 thousand on trade in value . The fella behind the trade in desk needs to lay the weed down and come down to reality. They evidently pray on people who are having a tough time getting a rig or deal with people who are swooned by the re number tactics . Please please go to another dealer . RIP OFF ARTISTS . you guys lost my business today and in any future rigs. We are all out to make money and I get that but you guys should be ashamed of yourselves . More
