I have to say, best experience ever. Evan was my car Professional. He was amazing. We started by getting preapproved, we really didn't know what we wanted. So this gave us a base line. Evan worked with us on what we though we wanted for 4 days! Finally we came in to test drive a trade in......my wife didn't really care for the SUV. So we are walk and my wifes eyes got big and she fell in love with....a challenger. No way could we get this. Magic Evan went to work and we got it! At this point we met with Jose. Our experience was already great.......but Jose made it a grand slam! He searched for an extra day getting me the lowest possible intrest rate. Who does this? Ron Tonkins Team. Not a quick stop My first experience was great. However they lost my support when I needed them in an emergency. Monday morning I went to go to work but my car wouldn’ My first experience was great. However they lost my support when I needed them in an emergency. Monday morning I went to go to work but my car wouldn’t start. I tried to reach them but no answer. I had my car towed to their service department. Still no call. I called multiple times and kept getting voicemail. Finally I got a live person only to find out they wouldn’t even be able to look at my car until September 6th. Today is August 20th. That’s over a 2 week wait. I couldn’t wait that long. No offer to help tow it to another location either. So, I had to pay for 2 tows, miss work to wait for the second tow, and pay for transportation. I’m sorry Ron Tonkin, you have just lost my support and future business. More

Andrew Frisby Parts Advisor I had a headlight issue with a Chevy Aveo and I went to Mcloughlin Chevrolet’s part department. The man at the parts department could not answer my q I had a headlight issue with a Chevy Aveo and I went to Mcloughlin Chevrolet’s part department. The man at the parts department could not answer my questions and did not care to figure out or investigate my question. All he said was “I don’t have an answer.” I went across the street to Ron Tonkin Chrysler’s parts department and Andres Frisby took the time to investigate and direct me to their Chevy’s part department. Horrible dealer Horrible! Total bait and switch. Denise agreed (approved by her manager supposedly) to repair a scratch and replace a missing headrest. They wouldn’t Horrible! Total bait and switch. They wouldn’t come down in price but we’re willing to make my minor repair request so I decided to purchase. After running my credit and starting to discuss payment options they tell me they are not going to honor the repairs and it too bad because the truck is worth more than they are selling it for.
