They dropped my car off the lift during an oil change August of last year they dropped my basically brand new Fiat off a lift during an oil change and did $9,000 in damage. Dealing with the GM was terrible and the whole ordeal is STILL causing inconveniences A YEAR LATER. The GM told me that I was "over reacting" at the time and I actually didn't react enough. Dealing with them made me feel horribly disrespected as a woman (they asked if there was a boyfriend or husband they could speak to) and you cannot imagine the stress it caused to my job and the rest of my life while dealing with this. It took 3 months to get my car back and hours and hours on the phone with insurance companies to get this "resolved". If you're a woman buying a new car. Don't go here. If you're a woman seeking maintenance. Don't go here. If you're ANYONE needing maintenance, just save yourself the headache and go someone else. More

He had said we have another he could sell me for the same price so I test drove it. During the test drive the salesman was very inappropriate. He was making fun of deaf people and transgender also bringing up politics. My girlfriend and I were both very uncomfortable. After the test drive we decided it was a good vehicle and wanted to talk price. He came to us at $13500 stating it had already been reduced. I had printed a kbb value and done my research on what it was worth. Confused on how the asking price jumped from 10500 to 13500 I confronted him about his original statement and he didnt have an excuse nor man up to the mistake. horrible customer service bought a car 1.5 yrs ago and sales guy and finance guy said i was approved for truck first time never heard back then found out they lied so 6 months bought a car 1.5 yrs ago and sales guy and finance guy said i was approved for truck first time never heard back then found out they lied so 6 months later tried again they said we where approved for our truck sent us a pic of the truck kept calling back was always getting run around finally called and the finance manager said he was on the phone with bank never heard back from him so went to Gresham dodge and got approve in 4 hrs the finance guys name was john Moore and the sale guy was Scott at mclaughlin dodge never ever will I go there again I got treated like family and with respect from Gresham I even called and complained to higher up and never got email or call back from Mclaughhlin dodge don't Recommend them at all I recommend Gresham Dodge all the way again it was Scott and john Moore that treated us poorly and everyone else there is stuck up More
