Would NEVER recommend this place We went to look at a new Jeep, that we had seen online. When we got there the newer salesman, Robert, did his best to answer questions, but wasn't sup We went to look at a new Jeep, that we had seen online. When we got there the newer salesman, Robert, did his best to answer questions, but wasn't super experienced. He was nice though, and not the creepy sales shark. So We had a little hope that this may be a great experience. He had taken a copy of my drivers license back to his managers office along with our current car keys for a possible trade in, in order to go on the test drive, which was fine. Where we got frustrated was when his "manager" Scott came in to the super dingy office, super aggressively and talked over us. When we told him what we were looking for, he said that they sold that particular car. We then mentioned that we found that exact car at a different dealership, and confirmed that they had it, and we may be back, but wanted our keys so we could leave. He ignored our request. He then "guaranteed" it was a much less of a vehicle since it was lower in price. In fact, it was EXACTLY the same. He then offered to buy it from the other dealership if we would buy it today from them. He then asked a few times what it would take for us to make a deal that day. We reminded him again that we weren't in a huge hurry. We had to ask 3 or 4 more times for our keys while they kept bringing us other options of something they could do that day to make a deal. We said again that we were going to look at the the other vehicle ourselves. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. As we were leaving I could hear Scott barking orders at the new guy to get a car over to get detailed. Probably because he was frustrated that we didn't buy from them, which he can blame his own nasty aggressive behavior for that. Scott is was what sealed the deal of us NOT doing business with them ever again. We ended up making our purchase at the other dealership, which was a wonderful experience btw( no pressure/aggressive sales men, better selection and pricing as well.) More

Now retired and living in Vancouver they sent us to Dick Hannah who refused to help us claiming they would make no money on it. After that rude and awful experience Chrysler apologized on their behalf citing it not being the first time and moved our claim to Ron Tonkin. The entire staff bent over backwards helping us get into a new Willy's. Couldn't have had a better or easier process restoring our faith in Jeep and Chrysler. Next month we are looking at getting an unlimited and we will make the drive to give our business to Ron Tonkin. More

They dropped my car off the lift during an oil change August of last year they dropped my basically brand new Fiat off a lift during an oil change and did $9,000 in damage. Dealing with the GM was terrible and the whole ordeal is STILL causing inconveniences A YEAR LATER. The GM told me that I was "over reacting" at the time and I actually didn't react enough. Dealing with them made me feel horribly disrespected as a woman (they asked if there was a boyfriend or husband they could speak to) and you cannot imagine the stress it caused to my job and the rest of my life while dealing with this. It took 3 months to get my car back and hours and hours on the phone with insurance companies to get this "resolved". If you're a woman buying a new car. Don't go here. If you're a woman seeking maintenance. Don't go here. If you're ANYONE needing maintenance, just save yourself the headache and go someone else. More
