Terrible. Braden Sovey sent me no less than 23 emails of back and forth worthless information. I told him I would buy today if he bested several dealers numbers but he kept playing games with his sales tactics". I immediately (after the third or fourth email) told him he either sends me a signed buyer's sheet with a reasonable number or stop emailing me and we were done. He couldn't get numbers correct and continually added the KIA cash and incentives to make his raw numbers look good. None of his "tactics" worked but he persisted. I would not ever buy a car from this dealership. I did, however, buy a car 3 days later and got a terrific deal. No hassels. No badgering and games. 20 minutes in a couple of emails and 30 mminutess at the dealership to sign. Not Ron Tonkin KIA! More
