I’ve been servicing my cars at this dealership for the past 20 years. The service advisor Jack Lord has always been my favorite guy. Buyer beware. This dealership sold me a vehicle without disclosing significant damage and poor paint repairs. When I brought it to their attention just one day lat This dealership sold me a vehicle without disclosing significant damage and poor paint repairs. When I brought it to their attention just one day later, they initially refused to take the vehicle back and blamed me for not catching it during the sale—even though their own inspectors should have identified these issues. The repair quality was abysmal. Additionally, the rear tire near the damaged area was shredding and wearing excessively compared to the others. It was an absolute nightmare that eventually required me to threaten legal action and a report to Consumer Affairs. After a long back-and-forth—and being gaslit by staff—they finally agreed to take the car back. Upon further inspection, the door hinge bolts had been disturbed (a clear sign the doors were removed) and every door had been repainted. It appears the right side was either sideswiped or the vehicle rolled. Since the previous owner worked for this dealership, it was likely repaired by a third party to keep the damage off the Carfax report. This business is incredibly shady. They could have resolved this with a simple apology—which I never received—and by taking the car back initially instead of wasting my time. I will never return to this dealership and will be sharing my story with everyone I can. More
