"Better then the Best"
Just purchased a 2020 Toyota Camry Hybrid. I am 66 and have bought many cars, for myself, family and friends. Ron Tonkin Toyota was hands down my best experience. I have a Tundra, and have for many years brought it to this dealership, when service was needed. Have developed a rapport with Mitch Strasburg, a Service Advisor. Sales Manager sealed the deal, and my confidence, by prompt and earnest interest. I had a particular vehicle in mind, color and interior. He located it the same day, as it was not on their lot. Justin gave me a great price, which allowed me to purchase the 3D Masking to protect the front end paint, as the vehicle is black. I was in and out of the dealership in under two hours. That’s with Justin taking the time to get in the car and explain how all the tech functioned.

"There are still folks that care"
I had just totaled my 2016 Toyota Corolla Sport and wound up with just a broken wrist. I brought the car I could get with the money I had (a 2011 Toyota Corolla LE) in to ask you folks if you could fix the gas flap on the outside of the car. When I pulled the latch it did not open. I had a quote of over $225 to get it fixed. A gentleman by the name of Cameron greeted me and said he would have his foreman take a look at it. At that time Jeremy came over and looked over the situation and said the parts would be about $10.00. He said bring it in Tuesday when we get the parts and they would see what they could do. On Tuesday I arrived and a young man by the name of Ravi said Jeremy said to watch for me. Those two young men at the desk kept me informed all the time. In about an hour Jeremy came and said it was fixed. He said Ravi would take me into the cashier. They said the price was different then what they quoted. I thought oh oh. Actually it was only $9.55. At that point I lost it and gave Ravi a big hug. Jeremy should be glad he was in a meeting or he would have got hugged also.. Thank you Cameron for steering me to Jeremy and keeping me informed and thanks
Ravi for cheering me up while waiting. I could have lost over $200 and that would be devastating on my budget. Ron Tonkin, you are fortunate having fine young folks like this working for you..
