Very pleasant and good listening to all my concerns, and patient even with what turned out to be my mistaken concerns about warning lights and engine oil. I requested the 120,000 service and I had check engine light and electric power steering concerns and a loud squeaky nose in a sharp turn and engine oil to concern about that light also. They did great amazing work and documented it thoroughly. I got it back in a matter of hours they did a complementary thoroughly inspection everything even picture of awd alignment and more (8+ pages), since it was a high mileage used car recent purchase from out of state, and I wanted to know what was coming up that was very kind and considerate. They tell you the breakdown price for the items annd the total, and call you for approval of the diagnosed problem, which turned out to be the squeaky suspension bearings, before proceeding. Everything is meticulously documented and printed out. I feel secure they got my car in great condition and it passed DEQ. I am impressed. More
