After 20 years and 3 new cars . Ron Tonkin Toyota broke my cruise control lever when I bought it in for service. They lied and I had to pay $150.00 to get A replacement. They also lossened a connector on the computer so it would later give me warning indicators I'm a tech so I know how those things work. I repeated the connector and all good. They were hoping I would bring it back so they could charge me an arm and leg to reseat a connector. I had previously purchased an oil change maint plan it had 6 oil changes that I paid for. I on # 3 when they broke my cruise control lever. I was yelled at by a service writer not to argue with his technician. When I tried to show whT was wrong with the lever. As a result I left 3 oil cha ges that I paid for and went somewhere else for service I will never let Ron Tonkin Toyota tou h mycar ever again. I love Toyota I'm getting a new one at the end of the year. It won't be from Ron Tonkin Toyota More
