Craig Doby👍👍👍👍 Vancouver Toyota treated me like complete garbage and I was over trying to purchase a new (to me) vehicle. Craig was kind, knowledgeable, and incredib Vancouver Toyota treated me like complete garbage and I was over trying to purchase a new (to me) vehicle. Craig was kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful from the minute I shook his hand, till the minute I drove away. He wanted to sell me MY car, he wanted to find me MY car. And it was very appreciated... espically after what I had gone through the week prior. I felt no pressure and I didnt feel anxious. He laughed. And joked. And had a good time, the entire time. I don't recall anybody else's name that worked with me.. but they were all GREAT. I will 100% be back in the future and reccomend everybody I know to do the same. More

Professional, kind and sincere! 5 stars for Craig! Craig was over the top nice. We came in and were very picky. Service time at Ron Tonkin Toyota This was a simple in/out process to have my 2018 RAV4 serviced. My sign in guy, Michael, was very pleasant and took charge of my car. I went to the wa This was a simple in/out process to have my 2018 RAV4 serviced. My sign in guy, Michael, was very pleasant and took charge of my car. I went to the waiting room, enjoyed a hot chocolate and read a magazine while I waited. In less than an hour my car was ready. Michael took me to my car where I signed a work report and received a copy and off I drove. Simple and sweet. Thanks! More

Oil change Every time I bring my car in for a routine oil change, I am pressured to “ up grade” the work being done. This practice has been going on for over 3 y Every time I bring my car in for a routine oil change, I am pressured to “ up grade” the work being done. This practice has been going on for over 3 years. This wasn’t always the case. I used to be able to bring my car in, if it needed additional work, I would receive a phone call to discuss the work needed. I would almost always do the work advised. Now, my 99$ oil change was instantly upgraded to 700$ worth of work. I declined. Do they do good work, yes. Do they want to sell you “ extras” , yes. I am considering finding a place that does not have this practice. More
