Ravi, the service advisor, took immediate action before I could get out of my truck. He knew just what I needed and signed me in. The process took a long time, but the end result was a new, working key fob. Ravi came looking for me several times to give me updates. I have taken my truck to other service centers; Doxon Toyota in Auburn, WA and Lythia Toyota in Medford, OR.
