Car buying doesn't have to suck! I had a great experience!! I recommend Ron Westphal Chevrolet! I actually bought a pre-owned Dodge Ram here, not a Chevrolet. But the reason I did was because of the price I fou I recommend Ron Westphal Chevrolet! I actually bought a pre-owned Dodge Ram here, not a Chevrolet. But the reason I did was because of the price I found online. Ron Westphal beat out the larger dealerships, even beat out the dealerships closer and in the big city. I dealt with a few of the staff here, Mike K. who scheduled my appointment to test drive the truck, had the truck outside the front door waiting for me, greeted me and my family at the front door and took care of me right from the start! Richard G. was my salesperson, Richard was polite and a wealth of knowledge (even though this was a Dodge!) Richard was great with my 3 year old also, he had a Hot Wheels in his desk for such an occasion and gave to my son during our conversion and transaction. I even met the General Manager, Bill H. who came over, introduced himself and asked if he could my make my experience any better. Horrible service and unprofessional To first start off when I first arrived it didn't seem to bad of a place until I went into dealing with the finance managers and sales man. After looking at some trucks that I had seen on their website I was decided on a truck that I liked and everything was good to go but then when we had an agreement on a price of the truck and all the paper applications were being processed ,they backed out and told me it wasn't possible to sell it to me when they had offered me that price. we had the agreement paper stating all the pricing etc. so after raising the price on the truck then they decide to tell me a set amount of what my payment would be here comes the finance manager changing things around again saying that they had processed me for the wrong truck. Now how many times can u mess up my application when we agreed on one vehicle . After all this time wasted I decided to walk out and never again will I shop here I was decided on purchasing the vehicle but after so many run arounds and lies never again stay away from here More
