I knew I wanted a new Hyundai Veloster but didn'tt know what color I liked. I visited the Rosen Hyundai in Algonquin because they had the vitamin C color (orange) Veloster) . I loved the color but their what color I liked. I visited the Rosen Hyundai in Algonquin because they had the vitamin C color (orange) Veloster) . I loved the color but their car didn't have a sunroof which is what I wanted. I met Joshua Hastings In the process and knew his guy meant business. He was really friendly and helpful. He seemed very trustworthy and knowledgable as well. Joshua followed up with me without being pushy or annoying. I am always hesitant about car dealers and thought Joshua was going to let me down like the other dealership did. He came through with flying colors. He even came in on his day off to get the deal signed and delivered. Josh Hastings is a very likable guy and would definitely buy another car off him. Hats off to Josh and Rosen Hyundai of Algonqun. The dealership was unlike most dealerships in that it's sales reps (especially Joshua) was not a pushy salesman but actually took the time to listen to what car I wanted and needed.
