I am very pleased with my experience at Rosen Hyundai of Algonquin. After another dealership was not willing to work with me, Rosen Hyundai was. Jon was great with answering questions that I had throughout Algonquin. After another dealership was not willing to work with me, Rosen Hyundai was. Jon was great with answering questions that I had throughout the process and getting back in a quick manner. Even after I’d decided I wanted a different trim level of the Tucson, he worked with me to get me the exact vehicle I wanted. Once I got into financing my vehicle Yaseen was very informative and helped me make the best decisions for me. All-in-all, I am extremely happy with the service and my 2020 Tucson. I highly recommend Jon and Rosen Hyundai of Algonquin to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

Mike and Yaseen made the process smooth and efficient. I told Mike exactly which car I wanted and he went and found it for me. Most of the transactions were done over the phone. When I went into the dealers told Mike exactly which car I wanted and he went and found it for me. Most of the transactions were done over the phone. When I went into the dealership to pick up my car, Mike had it ready for me and explained all the features to me. Yaseen had the paperwork ready for me to sign and it was a fast process. This is my third car from Rosen and highly recommend them. More

Jon Muehl guided us through our choices virtually and we were able to discuss numbers on the phone. Jon picked up the phone every time I called and he answered every text, he was awesome. Went to pick up the car and Yaseen Ali had everything ready for us and it was literally the quickest and easiest experience that I have ever had in a dealership.
