Super smooth car shopping and great staff! Overall my car shopping experience with Rosen was excellent. When I first went in on a weekend to test drive a car as I was looking at options - mainl Overall my car shopping experience with Rosen was excellent. When I first went in on a weekend to test drive a car as I was looking at options - mainly the 2018 Hyundai Elantra. John was super helpful and got me in a car with my dad right away and let us take it for a test drive. Then when we got back we sat down and chatted about options and I never once felt pressured to buy the car or make an immediate decision, as I know I sometimes fear going in to buying a car! He said he'd check back with me early the next week just to touch base. At that point I had decided I wanted to purchase an Elantra (and I do have to say that my initial experience at the dealership played a part) I started working with John on the next steps. He was very helpful and available for any questions I had - whether about the car options/trims or pricing/financing. I came back in the next weekend to finalize what color I wanted and get the paperwork going. Once again - John was friendly and helpful and made me feel comfortable with the whole experience. The whole process was very painless and went super smooth. Deborah helped with the financing and let me know my options as well without feeling pressured and went through thing quickly and effeciently. Afterward, John took the time to sit with me in the car and show me all the bells and whistles, so I wasn't just sent off on my own to figure it all out - which may be normal, but made me feel a lot more comfortable in my new car. Overall, I was very happy with my visit - and my brand new car! - and would recommend to anyone I know who's looking to buy a new car, to go to Rosen Hyundai. All of the staff was very helpful and friendly as soon as you walk in the door. And my experience working with John was great - I could really tell he cared about the customers and wanted them to walk away feeling happy and excited about their car and the whole process.
