He pointed all the features of the models we looked at and helped us figure out the best fit for us. Once the sales manager came out, it wasn't nearly as pleasant. Spencer was very pushy and his first offer wasn't great. He then tried some story that another person was interested in the exact same car and, of course, it was the last one left. He said that whomever finished the paperwork first would get the car. He must thing customers are stupid if we would believe that statement. I had negotiated a good deal, so I stayed, but otherwise I don't need to be dealt with in that manner. More
