Satisfied Customer! James was very informative when giving me options. I initially went in wanting to purchase the Santa Fe. I ended up getting the Tucson based of off hi James was very informative when giving me options. I initially went in wanting to purchase the Santa Fe. I ended up getting the Tucson based of off his recommendations. He explained that it was a better option financially and I was able to get payments at a price that I was expecting. I'm very pleased with my purchase, the Tucson is perfect for my needs. Kajen also explained to me the protection packages you offer as well as some advice when returning my leased car. I appricated the tips and purchased the protection plan through Hyundai. I will definitely be returning when it comes time to purchase another vehicle and won't hesitate to reccomend Roseville Hyundai! Thank You! More

GOOD PRICE BAD FOLLOW UP SERVICE agreed on a fair price for a new Genesis. But when I received the car it did not have an SD card for the navigation system and after 3 weeks I still agreed on a fair price for a new Genesis. But when I received the car it did not have an SD card for the navigation system and after 3 weeks I still do not have a replacement card and I do not have any explanation on why it is taking so long to replace. Jason, Patrick and Brandon were all wonderful during the whole process - which did not take long at all. Jason and Patrick helped get things rolling during the day while I was at work. After work I drove to Roseville to get the rest taken care of. I am very happy and thankful for my new 2016 Veloster. The car I ended up with actually had more options in it than I expected to get, so it is awesome and makes the car more fun and enjoyable.
