The staff at Roseville Hyundai managed this entire process in a half day and I was out the door with a much lower monthly payment and a car that I love. They took my much-beloved 2013 Santa Fe as a trade-in, lowered my monthly payment and put me in a new Sonata . . . I cannot express enough my gratitude for their superb professionalism combined with a level of compassion, understanding and genuine friendliness that went above and beyond anything I was expecting. Smooth and enjoyable! I don't think I could have had a better car buying experience! It was my first time buying a brand new car and naturally I (and my parents) had many q I don't think I could have had a better car buying experience! It was my first time buying a brand new car and naturally I (and my parents) had many questions and concerns. Patrick (sales) put my mind at ease right away. He made us a deal that couldn't be shut down and did everything possible to accommodate my requests and demands. He made sure that I was getting the best possible deal with everything from the price of the car, the APR rate, and my monthly payments. All the employees made us feel welcome and and very much eager to come back with any questions or concerns. Both Patrick and Kajen (finance) made sure that I understood everything and didn't leave with any questions unanswered. If I had to do this all over again, without a doubt Roseville Hyundai is where I would go every single time! More
