All in all a very positive and memorable experience. The only improvement I would recommend is in the finance. We worked with Brandon who was very thorough with all of the paper work we needed to sign. However he seemed robotic in his approach and he made it appear tedious, he lacked personality. Awesome experience! Everyone in the service dept. was exceptional. However, two went above and beyond to resolve the problems with the tire service warranty I purchased. Everyone in the service dept. was exceptional. However, two went above and beyond to resolve the problems with the tire service warranty I purchased. Robert Peace and Chris Calden were amazing, not only in the professionalism they showed me but also dealing with the tire warranty people. Although it took a little while, they were able to resolve the issues saving me having to wait 2 days for an "adjuster" to come out and inspect my tire to be sure it really needed to be replaced. Thanks guys, you made a difficult situation into probably one of the best service experiences I've had. More
