Tommy was able to get us to a number that was right in our budget and once I had decided to purchase the vehicle, George got to work immediately processing the paperwork to ensure that we got it squared away very quickly. George was very attentive and informative, he let us know every part of the process and he was accurate at giving us a time frame on how long everything would take, which is very important to me (I hate waiting in the dark). Spencer answered all our questions and made the transaction as smooth as possible. Brandon Wood the Finance Manager made the paper work quick and simple. Brian Shaffer was very accommodating and he made the deal easy and hassle free. Spencer Widmeyer has been great with follow up as we ordered window tinting to the package. Robert Peace the Service Manager is hands down the best service manager I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I went to Roseville Hyundai to compare the Elantra with the Civic and Corolla. My salesperson Dan asked me to hop in one of their very comfortable "people (golf) carts" and took me through their huge lot w the Civic and Corolla. My salesperson Dan asked me to hop in one of their very comfortable "people (golf) carts" and took me through their huge lot which seemed like a "sea of new Hyundais". We narrowed it down pretty quickly however because I told Dan it has to be "Shimmering White" and that's what we easily found. After a test drive we went inside and within just a minute the manager offered me that car at a huge savings, on paper, and then got my my payments totally affordable! The entire process, including the paperwork with the finance person, Cajun, really, was not only smooth, but without stress!
