Check in was fine. The service advisor called me to provide an update but did not have any information about the TPMS issue, so he had to go and talk with the technicia The service advisor called me to provide an update but did not have any information about the TPMS issue, so he had to go and talk with the technician. Then when he called back, I answered and nothing was there though he said he left a voicemail, and there was not one. This can chalk that up to a technical issue, but in today's world a text should have been sent, like the one for the survey. Then they washed my car, a new feature which is nice, but I waited for 37 minutes to get my car, because it was parked behind four other vehicles. I appreciate the washed car, it is a nice addition, but not at the expense of my waiting over a half hour. I know the remodel is still being rung out, but finding the cashier was also not easy, no sign designating where they are or anywhere around them. Just my two cents on my experience, not all that great this time. More
Checked in my car at 7:00 am picked it up around 3:00 pm & problem was not corrected. Seriously, 8 hours later without results is not acceptable.
