Riley Elantra Purchase 10/11/17 Josip was very good to work with. He was patient as I was sending questions and colors to my granddaughter who was enroute to Auburn. I completed the paperwork and was able to drive the car home and surprise her. The next day we returned to the dealership for the new car walkthrough as it was a car for her. Josip was off, so we asked another salesman to help us. He was not pleased to help us and rushed through all the details. I wish I could remember his name, but he had a beard. I preceeded my visit with phone conversations with a person who could talk about potential discounts and actually quoted an approximate price. When I arrived and started the purchase process, I was impressed that the price didn't change from the phone conversation. I felt that the dealership staff have integrity and certainly impressed my husband and myself. This is the second vehicle we have purchased and we have been treated well both times, with exception of the walkthrough this time. More
