Good Price, Friendly Atmosphere, Long Wait Everything from the initial test drive to the email price negotiations to the purchase was perfect. We had an appt at 7pm to pick up the car & sign paperwork. Ended up being served last and leaving at 10pm (an hour after closing) as there were 2 others purchasing a vehicle and only 1 Finance person working. Would have liked the process to go faster as the price was already agreed upon prior to the 7pm appt. Everything else went great, friendly staff, knowledgeable and helpful salesmen & I love my new Tucson! More
