It was worth the wait I had a great experience with Rob Parish but the whole thing took way too long. The finance specialist Devon Griffin was thorough but in a hurry. Made a mistake and put the Gap Insurance on my contract when I clearly told him not to. The instructions for the DMV and my personalized license plates were not clear so I made a wasted trip to DMV (1.5 hrs). Also if I had not asked if I had a "dealer plate" on the car, I would have driven away without the sticker in the window. They need more help and better training. More
