I negotiated with a general manager, Spenc My experience buying a new 2017 Santa Fe Sport at Roseville was easy, professional, and actually enjoyable. I negotiated with a general manager, Spencer, before going to Roseville to buy the car. Spencer introduced me to Josip, who took my wife and I for a test drive, explained features of the car, went over the manuals and information on service and set up my bluetooth phone system and service alert. He had the car washed, filled it with gas, and made sure that everything I was supposed to get with the car was there. What made this enjoyable was the courteousness of Josip at every step of the process. He made the process fun, something I thought I would never say about buying a car. The entire process, from my first contact with Spencer to working with Josip was incredibly smooth and quick. Kudos to Spencer, Josip, and Roseville Hyundai. More
