He is genuinely interested in achieving what your customer needs are. He puts himself in your position and imagines what it would be like to be in your shoes having whatever issues exist with your car. This is the type of customer service I look for anywhere I go. He exceeded my expectations made the entire experience pleasant - from taking my current lease off my hands and not making me drive it, and my new car, off the lot, to locking in a down payment that was right where I wanted to be while keeping my monthly payments about the same. 10/10 on all accounts! Suckered I was in a bit of a hurry because I needed to pick my grandson up from childcare. I'm aware how long it can take to purchase a new car. I should have read through the documents instead of trusting Devon the financial manager as he was explaining how much money he was saving me. He told me the finance company was going to throw in all kinds of extra stuf. I did not know he was actually signing me up for an extended warranty until I went home. Also while I was there I noticed that this Sonata sport package was not included in my purchase that I was charged for $245 including rubber mats Etc. I followed up several times at this point and never received them yet I was told they were on order and the last time I called they had no idea what I was talking about. I am very unhappy with the price of my purchase. Devon explain to me he had saved me $4,000 off of the $23,000 price tag however I walked out of there with a $30,000 price tag on the car I don't understand how that happened and wish I could just return the car. At this point I have a bad taste in my mouth for the Hyundai dealership and do not feel as though I could recommend them to my friends. Also I need to add I did not walk out of there with any paperwork at all had no clue what I spent on the car all together and was given a flash drive that was empty. When I tried to contact the finance manager I received the runaround no phone calls back until I finally went down there and spoke to another finance manager who did give me paperwork and the new flash drive. More
