Bad service - The service manager is an awful person The day after we leased the vehicle a rock hit our windshield and cracked it so large we had to replace it. I've never had to replace a windshield eve The day after we leased the vehicle a rock hit our windshield and cracked it so large we had to replace it. I've never had to replace a windshield ever before on any car and felt like it was a quality issue. I called and the service manager literally laughed at me. It's been a week and I'm still waiting on a call from his manager but I suspect it won't come. I guess customer service stops when you sign the purchase contract. I will never recommend Roseville Hyundai to anyone I know and will never purchase another vehicle from them. More

Not straightforward on pricing, quoted a lease payment price, but would not disclose the cost of the vehicle, even after asking multiple times. Very typical dealership, not better and probably not worse than others, but not worth recommending. It really doesn't have to be like that... change your sales model. Happy once again I went into the Hyundai dealer on my way out of the Roseville Auto Mall (I was looking at the Honda's and the Chevy Cruz LT), I stopped in at this Dea I went into the Hyundai dealer on my way out of the Roseville Auto Mall (I was looking at the Honda's and the Chevy Cruz LT), I stopped in at this Dealer and was happy that I was met by Ivan who was not pushey. I told him what I was looking for and he took me over and showed me some of the ones that I wanted to look at. I did a test drive on the Elantra and was amazed at how it drove and how quiet the car was inside on my test drive. I was really happy that the price of the car was in my budget. There was no pressure to buy which was important to me. I ended up buying a 2017 Elantra car and have been very happy with my purchase. More
