In addition, Mr Kajen Jackson processed my sales documents in December 2016 for my new vehicle was very patient and thorough in completing paperwork and made himself available when He was contacted at later dates to answer financial questions. I must also commend the Service Department staff for their friendly and prompt reliable service to keep my vehicle/s safe and in top performance shape. Got a brand new car with no troubles at all My APR was high on my little smart car. I couldn't get a lower rate from other credit unions. I came here and These guys got me down to 3% and a brand new elantra!! :) The sales person, Josip, was very nice and knowledgeable about all the cars. He found the car that fit my wants and needs. The finance manager, Kajen got me a good rate during the finalization of the process. Although it took a long time (3 hours) until I got my car, it was worth it. I wasn't expecting to get a brand new car and I was skeptical but it was worth it and I got a good deal. The guys were very friendly and personable, not pushy. No hidden fees. More

Found a car I was interested in when I showed up to look at it when I told him I would be there. A hour away from my house. The car was sold. I understand that happens. But it was his response that is what mattered. When he met me after a sales man said the car was sold. He said how you doing. I said would be better if the car I drove a hour to see was here. He could of just said sorry. Did not know it was sold. He then said that he stated that I told you to call before I come down. Unfortunatelyrics for him. It was done through text. My phone was in my hand. So I said you actually said I will see you soon. Not that. He then said well anyone with common sense would call before driving a hour. Basic lyrics saying I do not have common sense. I was not in a rush to buy a car. This was just a weekend car. We have two cars that are less than two years old. At that point I just walked out. Our experience at this dealer was very smooth and pleasa This is Ann's husband, Michael. I am a co-owner. I also do all our financials at our home. Our experience at this dealer was very smooth and pleasant. Our sales person was Josip and at no time did we feel Josip was pushing us into something we didn't want. What was striking was the excitement Josip had going over all the options and safety features that came with the Ioniq. As a tech guy myself, I found it wonderful that the salesperson had such a good grasp on how to use these new technology features. Josip made sure we had something to drink or a snack if needed. He was exceptional throughout our preliminary and post purchase discussions. Josip took us to the parts and service counters and also introduced us to the cashier. The entire purchase went well. There was and is, one thing that does bothers me. The dealership appearance looks like it is very old and the thought of bringing the care there for service is not appealing to me personally. While we were purchasing the car, I used the men's bathroom. This bathroom is disgusting. The toilet seat is loose and has fecal matter left on the top lid. The floor was littered with tiny pieces of paper, some of it may be contaminated with urine and fecal matter. I brought this issue to Josip and he introduced me to a manager who agreed that things needed cleaning and repair, yet, after a day or two I was back to finish paperwork and the bathroom looked the same, if not worse. I hesitate to tell people to go there to purchase a car when the inside looks like a ghetto. I'm sorry to put it so bluntly, but if you do not care what your dealership looks like, the first impression will be to go elsewhere. Many dealers take the customer experience seriously. They offer a small snack bar, or central room with Wi-Fi. We has a 2003 Santa Fe and had all the service work done at your business. The work is done right and I believe it makes sense to have all the service work done at the dealer because it helps with warranty issues that might arise later. Personally, I would go back to the dealer but a new customer might not be so forgiving. Please take it seriously about the cleanliness of this dealership and try to make the customer feel more invited.
