From lease to purchase I called and spoke to finance manager to purchase our leased Elantra. He told me to come in no appointment needed. When I arrived the unfriendly, fina I called and spoke to finance manager to purchase our leased Elantra. He told me to come in no appointment needed. When I arrived the unfriendly, finance person informed us we would have to pay $1300 to certify and then they would finance. We leased the car new why did we have to have it certified? All scheduled maintain emcee had been followed and performed at the same dealership. This is not what Corporation told me. I asked why I wasn't told this when I called and their response was "You didn't ask and we were busy, and the corporate office doesn't know how the dealership financing works." When he went to verify withBrandon that I called, Brandon did not come out of his office to help in assisting us. The finance person would repeat the same response with every question we asked. I will never do business here. Would not recommend the were extremely rude and condensending. More
